Hi! My name is Terri Burton.  Thank you so much for visiting my website.  

 

I grew up in Clemmons, NC and have lived the last 31 years in Advance.  I have been married to my husband, Brent Burton for 34 years this April, 2023! 

 

Together we had two wonderful sons. Brad who is married to Nikki and live in Salisbury, and Ben who is married to Ashton and live in Mocksville.

Ben and Ashton have a one year old son Braxton and a baby girl due August 2023, but before that Brad and Nikki are having a baby boy, Boston Reese, due April 2023!  This year is so exciting with 3 grandchildren to bring joy in our home! 

​

While our sons were growing up, I worked as a Kindergarten and 1st grade Assistant Teacher at Shady Grove Elementary in Advance.  I also started and directed an after-school and summer program for 1st - 5th graders at our church for several years. 

​

Once our sons went off to college, I decided to reinvent myself and get my real estate license.  I had no idea how much I would love my new profession and my clients.  I have worked with Century 21 and also RE/MAX and gained valuable experience from both places.

 

In 2020 I went  into business for myself so I would have more freedom to negotiate and help my clients accomplish their goals. I work hard to assure that each client is treated with respect by being available by phone, text or email when they need me.  I put the time and needs of my clients first.
